Decentralized Organizing: Building Successful Action Groups

With so much new Resistance right now, many groups are struggling to learn how to create healthy and strong local groups. In this session, participants will learn how to combine mass meetings with working meetings to build groups that can mobilize thousands of people. We'll examine the history of volunteer-led organizing and tools to to help groups flourish. Attendees will leave learning how to welcome new people into the organization while keeping existing members motivated for the long haul.
